Flexible Working

We are committed to facilitating optimum work-life balance

What does “Flexible Working” mean?

The BNP Paribas Group in Ireland is committed to Flexible Working and offers the optimum flexibility to the way we work. Our Flexible Working policy is operated on a hybrid basis between Office working and Home working according to role eligibility.

Flexible Working refers to a type of working arrangement that differs from the traditional Monday to Friday, nine-to-five model – and allows some flexibility on how long, where, and when employees work while taking into individual’s personal needs and of course business needs of the respective role.

Flexible Working is a way to facilitate work-life balance by enabling greater flexibility and reducing commuting times. It fosters autonomy and responsibility. From the Bank’s point of view, it aims at strengthening employee satisfaction and engagement while securing operational risk and enhancing collaboration and productivity.
