Role:

Within CIB ITO, the Supply Chain Management teams process the SCM financing needs of our CIB Corporate Clients. The CIB ITO Supply Chain Management teams are located in Dublin for EMEA, in APAC and in AMERICAS.

The CIB ITO SCM teams are also engaged in an ambitious worldwide industrialisation program that is globally managed from Dublin in the SCM Operations Industrialisation Team.

Our team’s key mandates are to:

  • Define Target Operating Model and alignment across regions
  • Manage Local & Global Transformation projects within the industrialisation program or not
  • Design standard processes, controls, guidelines, and coordinate implementation with the regions. 
  • Foster best practices exchanges across regions. 
  • Supply Chain Management Worldwide Ops entry point of contact for Central teams to collect KPI, Impact analysis, Budget figures. 
  • Co-ordinating Operations Hubs within the SCM Global development plans including the End to End initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

As SCM Project Manager, you will report to the Global Head of SCM Operations Industrialisation and be expected to:

Lead or contribute to transformation projects (local, EMEA or worldwide):

  • Project scoping, animation, monitoring and reporting (cost, time, quality, and risks)
  • Preparation of project follow up reporting to Local Senior Management or Head Office 
  • Pain point collection, analysis and propose solutions, formalization of study results
  • Business requirement collection, analysis, contribute to formalization 
  • Define or review process impacted by the project, always with a “Risk” angle (operational, compliance, etc.)
  • Coordinate the various teams involved in the project, detect and analyze the risk and define mitigation actions to complete the project, launch escalation if needed
  • Design and deliver support documentation to facilitate project implementation such as process, guidelines, operational procedures or user guide, controls in coordination with internal Operational Control teams
  • Handle the Change Management stream of your projects ensuring the impacted teams adopt the change

Transversal coordination of the Supply Chain Finance Operations (local, EMEA or worldwide):

  • Define, gather and collate meaningful KPIs and Dashboards with Operational Hubs
  • Prepare, lead and minute various Steering committees and follow decisions/action plans
  • Design and distribution of Management Reporting Packs
  • Contribute to the Supply Chain Knowledge Bank 
  • Contribute to Business case formulation with specific emphasis on operational  impacts
  • Ensure Global Guidelines, Procedures, Compliance Requirements and Control Plans in relation to Supply Chain activity are implemented within the Operational hubs. Define standard processes and maintain generic procedure and control plans.
  • Proactive following of audit recommendations and their implementation
  • Interlocutor for Compliance and OPC related projects and information requests 

Qualifications & Experience required for this role:

  • Proven experience as a project manager, or similar role, in a multicultural environment 
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Business, related banking systems and operational processes is a plus
  • Working knowledge in Digital Transformation and/or Change Management is preferrable.
  • Risk awareness in banking environment (operational & compliance)
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with proactive outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience in analysing operational processes for improvements
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills 
  • Pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Good time management, facilitation and organizational skills
