Role:

The HR Intern will have HR support responsibility over all businesses, coverage and function lines under their specific local scope for a period of two months during the summer.

At their local level, they will be tasked with:

·       Supporting the local HR platform in accordance with local regulations

·       Providing reporting support on HR related topics proactively or when requested by Head of HR or HRBPs.

·       Supporting the HRBP’s on specific topics

·       Administration of employee drives & systems

Qualifications & Experience required for this role:

·       Prior experience in an HR or Administrative environment would be desirable

·       Qualifications or working towards qualifications in HR or a related field would be desirable

·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PDF tools

·       Culture fit with HR (collaborative spirit, interest in people issues, confidentiality…)

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.

·       Strong communication skills

·       Excellent organisation and time management skills
